Our Clean Room

Visual & Magnified Inspection

After cleaning, components are visually inspected using controlled lighting and magnification-assisted inspection methods. This allows our team to review surface quality, machining condition, cleanliness, and visible defects before the product moves to final packaging.

Ultrasonic Final Cleaning

Components are processed through a dedicated final cleaning stage to remove particles, handling residues, and surface contamination before inspection and packaging. This supports cleaner assembly, better surface protection, and more reliable performance in demanding vacuum applications.

Protective Clean Packaging

Once approved, components are carefully packed to preserve cleanliness and protect critical surfaces during storage and shipment. This final step ensures that every product leaves Anadolu Vacuum with the same care applied throughout the manufacturing process.

Filtered Semi-Clean Environment

Our semi-clean room is supported by filtered ventilation to help reduce airborne particle exposure during final preparation. This controlled environment creates a cleaner bridge between manufacturing and delivery, especially for precision vacuum components.
