Terms & Conditions

The terms, responsibilities, and conditions governing the use of Anadolu Vacuum’s website, products, and services.

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 25.04.2026
Last Updated: 25.04.2026

Welcome to Anadolu Vacuum Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, product information, quotation request forms, downloadable materials, technical documentation, product pages, 3D viewers, communications, offers, sales, deliveries, custom manufacturing services, engineering support, and related business interactions with Anadolu İleri Üretim Teknolojileri A.Ş., operating under the commercial identity Anadolu Vacuum.

These Terms are written to create clarity, protect both parties, and establish a transparent professional framework for doing business with us. Anadolu Vacuum serves demanding technical sectors, including vacuum technology, semiconductor-related applications, research, thin-film and coating systems, industrial vacuum systems, custom chambers, and precision-engineered components. Because these applications may involve high technical requirements, controlled environments, strict cleanliness expectations, and international trade obligations, clear commercial and technical conditions are essential.

By using our website, submitting a request for quotation, communicating with our team, placing an order, accepting a quotation, receiving products or services, downloading documents, viewing product models, or otherwise engaging with Anadolu Vacuum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Plain-Language Summary

This summary is provided for convenience only. The full Terms below remain legally binding.

Anadolu Vacuum provides standard and custom vacuum components, assemblies, chambers, engineering support, and related technical services. Product information shown on our website is intended for guidance and may change. A quotation is not a final contract unless we confirm the order in writing. Custom products are generally non-cancellable once approved or once production begins. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their intended application. Warranties are limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and remedies are generally limited to repair, replacement, or refund. We do not accept liability for indirect losses such as production downtime, process loss, lost profit, contamination damage, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

Anadolu Vacuum reserves the right to correct, update, improve, modify, discontinue, or replace products, specifications, documentation, and website content at any time without prior notice.

No website content shall be considered a binding offer, guaranteed specification, final engineering recommendation, or substitute for a written quotation, order confirmation, approved technical drawing, or signed specification.

7. Technical Suitability and Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for determining whether a product, component, assembly, chamber, seal, material, surface finish, cleaning level, leak-test requirement, pressure range, temperature range, tolerance, or configuration is suitable for the Customer’s system, process, environment, safety requirements, regulatory requirements, and intended use.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Anadolu Vacuum does not guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular application, process, chemical exposure, safety-critical system, regulated environment, or end use.

The Customer must disclose all relevant technical, safety, environmental, regulatory, and process requirements before order confirmation, including but not limited to:

  1. Vacuum level and operating pressure.
  2. Leak-rate requirements.
  3. Process gases, chemicals, particles, vapors, corrosive materials, radioactive materials, biological materials, toxic materials, or hazardous contamination risk.
  4. Temperature range and thermal cycling.
  5. Cleanliness, cleaning, packaging, or cleanroom requirements.
  6. Material restrictions.
  7. Welding requirements.
  8. Surface finish requirements.
  9. Dimensional and geometric tolerances.
  10. Certification and documentation requirements.
  11. Export-control, end-user, or end-use restrictions.
  12. Safety-critical, aerospace, medical, defense, nuclear, semiconductor, or controlled-industry requirements.

If such requirements are not provided in writing before order confirmation, Anadolu Vacuum shall not be responsible for non-suitability arising from undisclosed requirements.

8. Quotations

All quotations issued by Anadolu Vacuum are subject to these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

A quotation is an invitation to order and does not constitute a binding obligation to supply unless and until Anadolu Vacuum confirms the Customer’s order in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the quotation date. After expiry, pricing, delivery time, availability, specifications, exchange-rate assumptions, material costs, and commercial terms may be revised.

Quoted prices are based on the information available at the time of quotation. Anadolu Vacuum reserves the right to revise a quotation if:

  1. Customer specifications change.
  2. Drawings, dimensions, tolerances, materials, cleaning requirements, certificates, tests, or packaging requirements are added or modified.
  3. Quantities change.
  4. Material prices, energy costs, currency rates, labor costs, import costs, freight costs, taxes, duties, or supplier costs materially change.
  5. Technical feasibility changes after engineering review.
  6. Customer-provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or misleading.
  7. Compliance, export-control, sanctions, or regulatory review requires changes.

Unless expressly included in the quotation, prices exclude VAT, taxes, customs duties, import charges, export documentation charges, bank charges, insurance, freight, special packaging, special cleaning, special inspection, special certificates, third-party inspection, installation, commissioning, training, and on-site services.

9. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

A Customer order, purchase order, email approval, signed quotation, payment, or other acceptance of a quotation constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the relevant products or services under these Terms.

A contract is formed only when Anadolu Vacuum issues a written order confirmation, accepts payment and confirms the order, ships the products, or begins performance of services, whichever occurs first.

Anadolu Vacuum may accept or reject any order at its discretion, including where:

  1. The requested product is unavailable.
  2. The technical specification is incomplete or unclear.
  3. Payment conditions are not satisfied.
  4. Credit approval is not granted.
  5. The order presents legal, sanctions, export-control, safety, reputational, or compliance risk.
  6. The Customer’s purchase terms conflict with these Terms.
  7. The product requires custom engineering not covered by the quotation.
  8. There is an error in pricing, product information, stock status, or delivery estimate.

No amendment, cancellation, suspension, or change to an accepted order is valid unless confirmed in writing by Anadolu Vacuum.

10. Customer Drawings, Specifications, and Approvals

For custom products, the Customer may provide drawings, sketches, CAD files, technical requirements, samples, system interfaces, or performance expectations. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all such information is accurate, complete, lawful, and suitable.

Where Anadolu Vacuum prepares drawings, models, technical proposals, manufacturing drawings, or approval documents, the Customer must review them carefully. Written approval by the Customer means the Customer confirms that the approved design, dimensions, interfaces, materials, tolerances, and technical details are correct for the Customer’s intended use.

After approval, changes may affect price, delivery time, manufacturing feasibility, documentation, testing, and warranty. Anadolu Vacuum may charge additional costs for engineering revisions, material changes, machining changes, welding changes, rework, scrapped parts, or production interruption caused by Customer-requested changes.

If the Customer delays approval, provides incomplete information, or changes requirements, delivery dates shall be extended accordingly, and Anadolu Vacuum may invoice costs already incurred.

11. Custom Products and Engineered Solutions

Custom products include, without limitation:

  1. Custom vacuum chambers.
  2. Custom welded assemblies.

  6. Products requiring special materials, special cleaning, special testing, special certificates, special packaging, or special documentation.
  7. Products manufactured in non-standard dimensions, non-standard quantities, or non-standard configurations.

Custom products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once accepted by Anadolu Vacuum, once materials are ordered, once engineering work begins, once production begins, or once the product is manufactured.

If Anadolu Vacuum agrees to cancel or suspend a custom order, the Customer shall pay all costs incurred up to the cancellation date, including engineering, design, planning, procurement, raw materials, subcontractor costs, production costs, tooling, fixtures, testing, inspection, administrative expenses, and a reasonable margin.

12. Prices, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are stated in the currency indicated in the quotation or invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, withholding tax, customs duties, import duties, brokerage charges, banking fees, transfer fees, insurance, freight, packaging, and other governmental or third-party charges.

The Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, charges, and fees related to the purchase, import, export, transfer, delivery, installation, use, resale, or disposal of products, except taxes based on Anadolu Vacuum’s own income.

If the Customer is required by law to withhold any amount from payment, the Customer shall gross up the payment so that Anadolu Vacuum receives the full invoiced amount, unless prohibited by applicable law.

If prices are quoted in a foreign currency and payment is delayed, Anadolu Vacuum may request adjustment for currency fluctuations, bank charges, or exchange-rate losses, where permitted by applicable law and commercial practice.

13. Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or invoice.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Anadolu Vacuum may require full or partial advance payment before procurement, engineering, production, shipment, or delivery.

For custom products, large projects, chambers, assemblies, or special manufacturing work, Anadolu Vacuum may require milestone payments, such as:

  1. Advance payment upon order.
  2. Payment upon design approval.
  3. Payment before production.
  4. Payment before testing.
  5. Payment before shipment.
  6. Final payment before release of documentation or delivery.

All payments must be made in cleared funds, without deduction, set-off, withholding, counterclaim, or bank-charge deduction, unless required by mandatory law.

If payment is late, Anadolu Vacuum may, without limiting other rights:

  1. Suspend production, delivery, documentation, service, warranty processing, or future orders.
  2. Delay shipment.
  3. Charge late-payment interest and collection costs to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  4. Require advance payment for future orders.
  5. Cancel or terminate outstanding orders.
  6. Retain products until full payment is received.
  7. Recover costs, storage fees, legal fees, and collection expenses.

Payment shall not be withheld because of minor defects, disputed items unrelated to the invoice, delivery delays not caused by Anadolu Vacuum, or claims not accepted in writing by Anadolu Vacuum.

14. Credit Approval

Any credit terms granted to the Customer are subject to Anadolu Vacuum’s approval and may be withdrawn, reduced, suspended, or changed at any time.

Anadolu Vacuum may request financial information, references, advance payment, bank guarantees, letters of credit, or other payment security. If Anadolu Vacuum reasonably believes the Customer’s financial condition, payment history, country risk, legal status, or compliance status creates risk, Anadolu Vacuum may require full payment before shipment or before further performance.

15. Delivery, Lead Times, and Shipment

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing by Anadolu Vacuum.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by engineering review, Customer approval, material availability, supplier delays, production capacity, inspection requirements, cleaning requirements, certification requirements, export documentation, logistics conditions, customs procedures, force majeure events, and Customer-side delays.

Anadolu Vacuum shall not be liable for delay unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly guaranteed in writing by an authorized representative.

Anadolu Vacuum may make partial deliveries and issue partial invoices. Partial delivery shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the remaining order unless expressly agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery terms shall be interpreted according to the latest applicable Incoterms rules when an Incoterms term is used in the quotation or order confirmation.

If the Customer fails to provide shipping instructions, import information, payment, approvals, documents, or other necessary information, Anadolu Vacuum may store the products at the Customer’s risk and expense and may invoice storage, handling, insurance, administrative, and financing costs.

16. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Title

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer according to the delivery term stated in the quotation or order confirmation. If no delivery term is stated, risk transfers when products are handed over to the carrier, freight forwarder, courier, or Customer representative.

Title to products remains with Anadolu Vacuum until full payment of all amounts due has been received in cleared funds, including product price, taxes, freight, fees, storage costs, interest, and collection costs.

Until title transfers, the Customer must:

  1. Keep the products identifiable as Anadolu Vacuum products where reasonably possible.
  2. Protect and insure the products against loss, theft, damage, fire, contamination, and other risks.
  3. Not pledge, mortgage, resell, modify, incorporate, or dispose of the products in a way that prejudices Anadolu Vacuum’s ownership rights, unless expressly allowed in writing.
  4. Notify Anadolu Vacuum immediately of any seizure, insolvency procedure, third-party claim, or risk affecting the products.

17. Inspection and Acceptance

The Customer must inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

Visible shipping damage, shortage, incorrect items, or packaging damage must be reported in writing within 7 business days after delivery. Technical non-conformity that could not reasonably be discovered upon delivery must be reported promptly and in any event within the applicable warranty period.

If the Customer does not notify Anadolu Vacuum within the required period, or if the Customer installs, modifies, uses, resells, tests in process, or integrates the product into a system, the product may be deemed accepted, except for valid hidden defects covered by warranty.

The Customer must keep all packaging, labels, shipping documents, photos, and evidence necessary for carrier claims or technical investigation.

Requests for additional documents after production or delivery may not be possible and may be subject to additional charges.

19. Cleanliness, Cleaning, Packaging, and Contamination Control

Anadolu Vacuum may provide cleaning, semi-clean inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, protective packaging, or special preparation where agreed in writing.

Unless a specific cleanliness standard, cleaning process, particle limit, residue limit, vacuum bakeout requirement, packaging level, or handling protocol is expressly agreed in writing, products shall be supplied according to Anadolu Vacuum’s standard manufacturing and packaging practices.

The Customer is responsible for determining whether standard cleaning and packaging are sufficient for the Customer’s process.

Anadolu Vacuum shall not be liable for contamination, process failure, outgassing, particle issues, chemical incompatibility, or system contamination where the Customer did not specify and purchase the required cleaning, testing, packaging, or validation level in writing.

Before returning any product that has been used, installed, tested, exposed, contaminated, or suspected of contamination, the Customer must disclose all substances, processes, gases, chemicals, materials, biological agents, radioactive materials, toxic substances, corrosive substances, and hazards to which the product was exposed.

Anadolu Vacuum may require a completed decontamination declaration, safety data sheets, cleaning evidence, or third-party decontamination certificate.

Anadolu Vacuum may refuse, quarantine, return, dispose of, or professionally clean any product that presents actual or suspected safety risk. All related costs shall be borne by the Customer.

The Customer shall indemnify Anadolu Vacuum against claims, injuries, damages, cleanup costs, disposal costs, regulatory penalties, and losses arising from contaminated, hazardous, mislabeled, or undisclosed returned products.

22. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order confirmation, Anadolu Vacuum warrants that products manufactured by Anadolu Vacuum will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period of 12 months from shipment.

For services, Anadolu Vacuum warrants that services will be performed with reasonable professional skill and care.

The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for valid warranty claims shall be, at Anadolu Vacuum’s option:

  1. Repair of the defective product.

  3. Re-performance of the defective service.
  4. Refund of the purchase price paid for the defective product or service.

Anadolu Vacuum shall have reasonable time to investigate and resolve warranty claims. The Customer must provide evidence, photos, operating conditions, system information, and any other information reasonably requested.

No warranty claim is valid unless submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for intentional misconduct where legally non-excludable.

  6. Compliance, sanctions, export-control, safety, or reputational risk arises.
  7. Continued performance becomes unlawful, unsafe, commercially unreasonable, or technically impossible.
  8. Force majeure continues for a prolonged period.

Termination does not affect Anadolu Vacuum’s right to receive payment for products delivered, work performed, materials purchased, engineering completed, production started, cancellation costs, storage costs, interest, or damages.

34. Product Changes and Continuous Improvement

Anadolu Vacuum is committed to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, quality development, and technical refinement.

Unless a fixed specification is expressly agreed in writing, Anadolu Vacuum may make reasonable changes to product design, manufacturing method, material equivalent, supplier source, surface treatment, packaging, or documentation format, provided that the product’s essential function is not materially reduced.

For custom products, any material change to approved drawings or written specifications shall be handled according to the agreed change process or written approval procedure.

35. Installation, Commissioning, and Use

Unless expressly included in the quotation, Anadolu Vacuum is not responsible for installation, commissioning, system integration, validation, calibration, operator training, process qualification, regulatory approval, or performance of the Customer’s complete system.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that products are installed and used by qualified personnel, in accordance with applicable safety standards, engineering practice, system requirements, and any documentation provided.

The Customer must ensure appropriate pressure relief, venting, grounding, lifting, support, sealing, cleaning, torque, leak testing, thermal management, and safety procedures.

36. Third-Party Products and Subcontracting

Anadolu Vacuum may use third-party suppliers, subcontractors, logistics providers, testing providers, cleaning providers, coating providers, or other professional service providers where appropriate.

Third-party products or components may be subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty, specifications, lead times, limitations, and availability.

Anadolu Vacuum remains responsible for its own obligations under the confirmed order but shall not be liable for third-party product limitations beyond the warranty or remedies actually available from the third-party supplier, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

37. Resale and Distribution

The Customer may not represent itself as an authorized distributor, agent, partner, or representative of Anadolu Vacuum unless a written agreement expressly grants such status.

Resellers and distributors are responsible for ensuring that their own customers comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, export controls, product-use restrictions, and technical limitations.

Anadolu Vacuum may refuse support, warranty, or documentation where products have been resold, modified, mishandled, exported, or used outside agreed conditions.

38. Privacy and Personal Data

Anadolu Vacuum may collect and process personal data through website forms, quotation requests, email communications, cookies, analytics tools, customer records, supplier records, and business communications.

Personal data may include name, company name, email address, phone number, country, job title, project information, technical files, and communication history.

Personal data is processed for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, delivering products, providing support, improving services, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining business records.

Further details may be provided in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. In the event of conflict between this section and a dedicated Privacy Policy, the dedicated Privacy Policy shall govern personal-data processing matters.

39. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, embedded media, security tools, form tools, performance tools, and third-party integrations.

Cookies may be used to improve website performance, remember preferences, analyze traffic, protect forms, support marketing, and enhance user experience.

Where required by law, cookie consent options will be provided. You may control cookies through your browser settings or through available website consent tools.

40. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may contain links, embedded content, plugins, maps, videos, social media feeds, analytics tools, or third-party services.

Anadolu Vacuum is not responsible for third-party websites, terms, policies, content, availability, security, data processing, or accuracy.

Accessing third-party websites or tools is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

41. Marketing Communications

If you submit your contact information, request a quotation, download materials, subscribe to communications, meet us at an event, or otherwise communicate with us, we may contact you regarding your inquiry, project, quotation, order, related products, technical support, or relevant company updates.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable. Transactional, legal, technical, or order-related communications may still be sent where necessary.

42. No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, agency, distributorship, or representative relationship between Anadolu Vacuum and the Customer.

No party may bind the other party or make commitments on behalf of the other party without written authorization.

43. Assignment

The Customer may not assign, transfer, delegate, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under an order or contract without Anadolu Vacuum’s prior written consent.

Anadolu Vacuum may assign or transfer rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, merged entity, purchaser of assets, or business transferee, provided such transfer does not materially reduce the Customer’s contractual rights.

44. Notices

Formal notices must be sent in writing to the addresses or email addresses stated in the quotation, order confirmation, invoice, contract, or company contact information.

Operational communications, technical discussions, quotation clarifications, and order correspondence may be conducted by email unless a signed document is required.

The Customer is responsible for keeping its contact information up to date.

45. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

46. Waiver

Failure or delay by Anadolu Vacuum to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

A waiver is valid only if made in writing by an authorized representative of Anadolu Vacuum and applies only to the specific matter stated.

47. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any accepted quotation, order confirmation, written technical specification, invoice, and signed contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the relevant transaction.

The Customer confirms that it has not relied on any statement, promise, representation, image, rendering, catalog text, website content, verbal discussion, or technical suggestion that is not included in the confirmed written agreement.

48. Language

These Terms may be made available in more than one language. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict between translations.

For transactions governed by Turkish law or involving Turkish official procedures, a Turkish version may be used where required.

49. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties, these Terms and any dispute arising from or related to website use, quotations, orders, products, services, deliveries, or business relationships with Anadolu Vacuum shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts and enforcement offices of Adana, Turkey shall have jurisdiction over disputes.

Anadolu Vacuum may also bring proceedings in the Customer’s country, place of business, place of assets, delivery destination, or any other competent jurisdiction where necessary to collect payment, protect intellectual property, enforce export-control obligations, or obtain urgent relief.

50. Changes to These Terms

Anadolu Vacuum may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

The version applicable to a specific order shall generally be the version in effect at the time Anadolu Vacuum accepts the order, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms for future interactions.
