Cleanroom Employee – Assembly
Anadolu Vacuum is opening a new career opportunity for a Cleanroom Employee – Assembly to join our production and cleanroom operations team in Adana, Turkey.
This position is suitable for candidates who are careful, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work with precision products in a clean and organized environment.
At Anadolu Vacuum, we manufacture vacuum components, custom vacuum chambers, and precision parts for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum applications. Our products are used in demanding industries such as semiconductor technologies, scientific research, coating systems, analytical systems, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
As a Cleanroom Assembly Employee, you will support the final preparation stages of our products, including clean handling, assembly, visual inspection, packaging, and vacuum-ready preparation.
Position Overview
The Cleanroom Employee – Assembly will be responsible for supporting assembly, cleaning, inspection, and packaging operations for precision vacuum components.
This role requires careful hand skills, attention to cleanliness, respect for procedures, and the ability to work in coordination with production, quality control, and packaging teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clean assembly operations for vacuum components and related parts
- Handle precision components carefully according to internal procedures
- Assist in final cleaning, drying, inspection, and packaging processes
- Prepare products for vacuum-ready delivery
- Perform basic visual checks before packaging
- Use gloves, cleaning materials, and protective equipment properly
- Keep the cleanroom and assembly area organized, clean, and controlled
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality requirements
- Report visible defects, contamination, scratches, or packaging issues
- Work in coordination with production, quality control, and logistics teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in assembly, production, packaging, or similar hands-on work
- Careful, patient, and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High awareness of cleanliness and product protection
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn cleanroom procedures and vacuum component handling
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleanroom, semi-clean room, assembly, or precision manufacturing environments
- Experience in handling stainless steel, aluminium, machined parts, or sensitive industrial components
- Familiarity with final inspection, cleaning, packaging, or production control processes
- Experience in vacuum technology, medical devices, electronics, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing is an advantage
